Heh one field camp down one more to go. Fucking tiring. The company officers are new and everything seemed very cocked up because they refused to heed the advice of the lau jiao sergeants who have been there since the dawn of time. That's the case of humans isn't it? Someone who is supposedly more superior always refusing to talk to someone below his level.
So now everyone has to endure their shit.

And the end result is our patrolling became one whole big round around the harbouring terrain (probably more than 1+ km). When we called for artillery drill, the recruits ran 100 m only but the OC (the biggest officer fuck in the company, a.k.a officer commanding) fucked the SME specialists (us) because he thought they ran 200-300m. If you are afraid of them getting a heat exhaustion all the time then don't bother training! Plus the fact artillery shells have an area of effect of more than 200m! So OC, fuck you.
It sucked to work with a lousy and stupid client like him. He said that we treated ourselves like service providers, that we attached to his company just to train their recruits and not work together with his company commanders to form a team. Hey, we never had any problem in the past, now what are his fucking problems?
O coy field camp down. M coy next. And then next sunday need to take O company for their situational test. Sunday gone and my sister can say goodbye to me on saturday night.
I don't mind sacrificing for the country, but i need people to appreciate the effort. I'm sick of regular assholes who take NSFs for granted. IT'S NOT OUR JOB. IT'S OUR DUTY. SO DON'T EXPECT US TO BE LIKE YOU. YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR PROMOTION. WE WORK HARD FOR EFFECTIVELY NOTHING. THERE'S NO PROMOTION OR EXTRA MONEY IF WE DO THINGS WELL. YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY WE GIVE IN OUR 100%.
They love to blame it on us when the recruits cannot reach certain levels of combat capabilities. You know what, if you are really so fucking good you won't be patrolling the ground looking at how we conduct lessons but rather try enthusiastically teach the recruits all over the area. Bet it's too tiring for you huh? Then stfu.
Most of the people have too many comments but put in too little effort to help with the training. These are the people who don't deserve a promotion. I hope u get stuck with your pathetic rank, asshole.
